1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using BookYourShow ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

BookYourShow provides an online platform for purchasing tickets to various events including movies, concerts, sports events, and theater performances across Australia.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Use the platform only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to manipulate, interfere with, or disrupt the platform
  • Not resell tickets purchased through our platform without authorization

3. Ticket Purchases

When you purchase tickets through BookYourShow:

  • All sales are subject to event organizer terms and conditions
  • Tickets are valid only for the specified event, date, time, and venue
  • You are responsible for ensuring accuracy of your booking details
  • A booking confirmation will be sent to your provided email address
  • Digital tickets with QR codes will be provided upon successful payment

4. Payment and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your account, including applicable taxes and service fees.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect tickets already purchased.

5. Seat Reservations

When you select seats, they are temporarily held for 15 minutes to complete your purchase. If payment is not completed within this time, the seats will be released and become available to other customers.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility is determined by the event organizer's policies. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information.

In general:

  • Event cancellations by organizers typically result in full refunds
  • Customer-initiated cancellations may not be eligible for refunds
  • Refund processing may take 5-10 business days

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

BookYourShow acts as an intermediary between customers and event organizers. We are not responsible for:

  • Event cancellations, postponements, or changes by organizers
  • Quality or nature of the events listed on our platform
  • Disputes between customers and event organizers
  • Loss or damage arising from your use of our services

9. Intellectual Property

All content on BookYourShow, including logos, designs, text, and graphics, is owned by BookYourShow or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of BookYourShow is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
