How do I get my tickets after booking?

Tickets are automatically emailed to you after successful payment. Check your spam folder if you don't receive them within 5 minutes. You can also view your tickets in the "My Bookings" section.

Can I change my booking after purchase?

Booking changes depend on the event organizer's policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy or contact support for assistance.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment partner, Stripe.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes! All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your complete card details on our servers.
